What are the MULTIPLE LISTING FORMS like??? The easiet way to explain the Multiple Listing forms is to show you. Below I have outlined the forms you would need to sign if you were listing your property. Please feel free to read them over after you have read and signed the Working with a Realtor Brochure: WORKING WITH A REALTOR BROCHURE If you have any questions regarding the Working with a Realtor Brochure please call me at 656-0131 or 477-7291 and I will go over the form with you. You can scan back a copy to timbeaumont@shaw.ca or fax a copy to 655-0989.NOTE: The reason that I require you to sign the Working with a Realtor Brochure after you have read and understand it, is due to the Real Estate Act of BC requiring me to have informed you of your Agency options under the Act.
